#robstory 276/365: it’s TOO HOT 🥵 outside! Very gratefully— no/very low/normal humidity this week. It’s a dry damned heat. 100F temps, no bueno 👎🏻 too hot for me. Shorter walk. A bit of activity is better than none. 🥳🤝 taken in Hollywood by @iamrobryan

#robstory 275/365: from 1993– to 2026 and all the years in between, I’m the luckiest Dad in the world! I’ve had a literal lifetime of being this young woman’s Dad… wow, what a gift, responsibility, privilege and joy, to have this front row seat to the life @reillyryanmarquez is creating as she goes! #robstory 273/365: I’ve not recorded a new episode conversation in a few weeks, and boy oh boy did today’s convo fill my heart and feed my soul! I was so grateful to be joined by my old friend @billanapoell to talk about his new book “The Pain Illusion” out on @amazon now! On the surface the conversation doesn’t sound very ‘entrepreneurial’ but when you consider how Dr. Bill is working at the nexus of emergency medicine + hypnosis… all to help us better understand and manage how our minds and bodies work together to process our pain… well then you’ll see a great entrepreneurial thinker! Hope u enjoy it when it releases this Fall. by @iamrobryan

#robstory 272/365: There’s nothing more invigorating for me, than a walk around Los Angeles.. day or night, weekend or weekday … and yes, I miss my knee injury limited hikes… but a walk of the streets and neighborhoods is my release and my refresh! It also happens to be ‘the best’ way to get to really know our city & its people. Tonight after a high stress day, after a few days being tired and sick … I NEEDED tonight.
