🎬 Meet "EMILY'S FAMILY"

We were DELIGHTED to cast LEE CHEN as Emily's feisty grandmother in CINNAMON—and nobody else could have brought her to life so splendidly. Lee captured the essence of the character perfectly and delivers a compelling performance as the cantankerous matriarch. A bilingual Mandarin actress from Inner Mongolia, China, Lee is an award-winning performer whose career spans film, television, and stage, including VEEP, Good Trouble, The Morning Show, NCIS: Los Angeles, and many others. From performing as a child in China to building a career in America, Lee's artistry and authenticity inspire audiences across cultures.

🎬 ROSEMARIE LI as "EMILY'S MOTHER"

A warm and loving person, it was FASCINATING to watch ROSEMARIE portray Emily's emotionally distant mother. She pulled it off effortlessly—polishing her Mandarin—and winning over cast and crew! A versatile performer across film, television, voiceover, commercials, and stage, Rosemarie pursued her lifelong dream of acting after earning a degree in International Relations and Economics. Her career has taken her from Los Angeles and New York to productions in the Congo.

🎬 ARTEMIS SNOW as "ANNA" — EMILY'S BELOVED OLDER SISTER

Among the contenders for ANNA, the lead producer of CINNAMON —who is not easily impressed— was immediately captivated by ARTEMIS' audition. Artemis was always her Anna, and she made sure everyone knew it. Artemis did not disappoint. She delivers a delightfully nuanced performance as Emily's beloved older sister, bringing depth to a complex character.

A PRO's PRO, Artemis has appeared in Academy Award-qualifying festival films and television projects for NBC, FOX, and Peacock. A voice actor and athlete, her credits include Netflix's The Vanishing at Cecil Hotel and Bethesda's Starfield. A multilingual performer, black belt martial artist, aerialist, and filmmaker, Artemis brings authenticity and precision to every medium.

We love having you in the CINNAMON family, LEE, ROSEMARIE & ARTEMIS! 🤗💖
