56 days, 8 pounds down! W/ @iamsamirazuri 🦾

This one is special!! From day one, she’s shown up with nothing but positive energy and a willingness to work. No excuses. Just a little complaining but ready to get after it every single session. 😂

What makes this transformation even better is that she still lived her life. She went out, enjoyed herself, and never chased perfection. She simply stayed consistent and trusted the plan.

You don’t have to eat perfectly.
You don’t have to say no to every outing.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.

You just have to be consistent enough for your habits to outweigh the moments you indulge.

As she gets ready to leave us, I’m proud of everything she’s accomplished in these 56 days. Thank you for trusting me with your journey. Keep stacking those days or whatever Cell be saying lol by @iamsamirazuri

They might’ve cooked me chat 😭😂
