Every now and then I crawl out of my cave and take a dance class. With injuries compiling at every turn, it's hard to move when my body doesn't want to. There's something liberating about freestyle. being restricted to the confines and limitations of my own body, the restrictions feel almost non-existent at times.

Thank you @minibin_ for facilitating class and giving permission to move. I love Dance. I love food. Time to consume both of these things more 🤣

#TAMA

Heart was full after this class. Was nervous and excited to teach again, seeing as I've stepped away from teaching for about a year.

Constantly discovering more waves. It's been a fun process. There's far less judgement when I create currently.

Only thing I'm judging is how much I rush the music. 🤣

Thank you everyone for accommodating the space. Thank you @imidance for being a platform for artists. Thank you @rkcbmusic for creating beautiful sounds

@iamsamwich another member of the 30+ club his waves unlocked on his dance skill tree when he started taking street dance classes from @jayx.nguyen such is the way when thick legged, big backs dance.🦵🏾🦬 They find commonality, in the strife of learning from little backs and have to gather to fight the dance monarchy. 💪🏾💪🏾

So a snake walked into the bar, and the bartender said. "How'd you do that?" 🤣😭

Random fact of the day! Snakes move in a rectilinear fashion.

Rectilinear motion is the movement of an object along a straight line, also known as linear motion. It is a one-dimensional phenomenon where the object's position, velocity, and acceleration vectors are all aligned along a single axis, meaning the direction of motion does not change.
This type of motion is categorized into three main types based on acceleration:
• Uniform rectilinear motion: The object moves with constant velocity and zero acceleration.
• Uniformly accelerated rectilinear motion: The object moves with constant, non-zero acceleration (e.g., free fall under gravity).
• Non-uniformly accelerated rectilinear motion: The acceleration varies with time or position, requiring calculus-based methods for analysis

Now let sun sun grace you.

💫Sonder. As cliche as it sounds, everyones life is as vivid as eachothers. We are our own main characters, and no one is a side character.

With that said, 2024 was an amazing year! I started the year travelling overseas to celebrate my friends who got married, began teaching again, had the most work as a freelance Dancer in my entire life, moved house, found a soul mate, bettered myself as a human all in preparation for the next year.

This year has only just started. I'm excited, nervous and anxious about what the year ahead holds. But I'm determined to make the most of it. This is my privilege that speaks. I acknowledge that. I'll try my best to be a better human in every shape and form 💙

I love everyone that has crossed my path, and i appreciate you.⭐️
