There are oceanfront condos—and then there’s this. 🌊✨

This stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence offers approximately 2,600 square feet of interior living space, plus an incredible 3,500-square-foot wraparound outdoor terrace.

With a private elevator entrance and your own staircase leading directly to the beach, it feels more like a private oceanfront home than a condo.

Enjoy resort-style pools, private cabanas, a full-service spa, room service, and oceanfront dining—all just steps from home.

This isn’t just a condo—it’s the South Florida lifestyle you’ve been dreaming about. 🏝️

📍 3535 S. Ocean Drive, Residence 402
💰 Offered at $3,000,000
