Six years ago, a few months into the pandemic, my calendar was empty and I didn’t know what to do with myself. This month I released my first film as @iamsearchingforsoul. “We’re All Climbing Our Own Mountain” is on YouTube now. It’s 9 minutes. I went to Tanzania to climb Africa’s highest peak. What I found was a story about the people who make that climb possible. Field Notes Volume 8 is about the six years in between. Film and newsletter are both linked in my bio. by @iamsearchingforsoul

We’re all climbing our own mountain. Most of us aren’t doing it alone. The first film in @iamsearchingforsoul. Full film on YouTube, link in bio. #kilimajaro #documentary #shortfilm❣️ by @iamsearchingforsoul

A few weeks ago I sat in a coffee shop thinking I had nothing to write about. This is what came from that moment.

Field Notes Volume 7 is about recalibrating your compass when everything around you feels like it’s shifting. When do we hold on… and when do we let go?

Swipe for a few of my favourite lines from this volume.

Full volume is linked in my bio. And on Sept 10, my first short film for @iamsearchingforsoul arrives.

What are you recalibrating this season? I’d love to hear. by @iamsearchingforsoul
