Designed by @snohetta and @dialogdesign, the Calgary Central Library features a bright 4-storey atrium and a stunning, sculptural wooden staircase that connects the active ground floor to quieter upper levels.

During my last day in Tokyo, I stumbled upon Toranomon Hills, a multi skyscraper mixed-use complex with office spaces, hotels, retail, restaurants and residences. I also discovered the T Market which had the most incredible selection of retailers and restaurants. I decided to have lunch at @uke_toranomon after seeing a photo of their popular lunch plate which included a selection of 10 different items. It was amazing and I was gifted a complimentary warabi mochi dessert and tea. If you’re planning a trip to Tokyo any time soon, add these places to your must visit list. You won’t be disappointed.

Za-Koenji is a public theatre for the performing arts. Designed by award winning @toyo_ito_architects. it features a compelling all black exterior facade with a gently sloped tent-like roof and a stunning interior spiral staircase. #KPU_IDSN_Tokyo2026

House NA by @sou_fujimoto architects is an architectural gem. Not because it has glitz and glamour, but because of its unique design and concept. Built from slender white steel frames and glass, it features 21 staggered floor plates, reflecting its concept of living in the trees, moving from branch to branch.
