The rose has walked beside women for five thousand years.

She crowned Inanna in the temples of Sumer. She healed through the mysteries of Isis, she became the prayer of Mother Mary, and she bloomed red for Mary Magdalene.

She has been with me since I was a little girl in my family's Persian kitchen, where rose petals seasoned every meal.

I wrote The Rose Path as a pilgrim's guide to this lineage, with nine sacred stops from Sumer to Avalon and a simple practice for each one.

Comment ROSE and it is yours. 🌹

The full moon rises tonight, and she is the most beautiful reminder that you were made in cycles.

Every few days the Moon shows us a different face of her light, and every few days we shift too. When I began to follow her, I learned to rest when she darkened and to rise as she grew full, and my work, my body and my relationships found their rhythm.

In my guide Moon Magic, I map the lunar cycle as the Temple Path, eight gates of the feminine mysteries to begin your priestess journey with. Tonight we stand at the gate of the Mirror, and its affirmation is “I see the Goddess in me.”

Within the eight, the mysteries actually reveal thirteen faces of the Goddess which we explore deeper in the Awakening Goddess Within Mystery School. Swipe through to find your gate and the words that belong to it.

Comment MOON and I will send you the full guide as my gift. 🌙

Nine goddesses are waiting to initiate you.

Nekhbet and Mother Mut heal your lineage.
Isis rebirths you into your purpose.
Mother Mary reminds you that you are love.
Mary Magdalene awakens sacred union within you.
Aphrodite turns the mirror toward your own beauty.
Sekhmet burns through fear and returns your fire.
Lakshmi restores your worth.
Hecate makes you the oracle.
Hathor gathers every part of you into joy.

Nine moons. The time it takes to birth a new life.

Each moon opens with a three-hour live ceremony with me, your initiation into that goddess.
Then you carry her into your days.
Kemetic and Kundalini yoga.
Crystal alchemy sound.
Guided journeys to the inner temple.
Goddess Circles, woman to woman.

I have spent more than a decade in these temples and teachings. Everything I have gathered lives inside this school.

You arrive knowing one face of her.
You leave carrying all nine.
You leave a priestess.

Heavy?
Scattered?
Restless?

Pause.
Breathe.
Return.

Sometimes the soul just needs a quiet moment to realign. To remember its own rhythm. To listen to the subtle currents within 🌙✨

Your presence is enough. Your breath is enough. Let yourself come back to center, again and again 🕊️💫 by @iamsheherazad

Samhain opens tonight at sunset, and the portal stays open. 🪄

The Sun reaches the true midpoint between equinox and solstice around November 7, so the veil stays thin all week.

Light your candle tonight, and keep tending your altar until then. 🕯️

This is the night the old ones called the turning of the year. The harvest is gathered, the fields rest, and we step through the doorway into the dark half of the year. The veil between the worlds grows thin, and the women of your line draw close enough to hear you.

For the priestess, the dark is holy. It is the womb where every new beginning is formed. Samhain asks you to honor what has ended, to receive the gifts your ancestors left in your bones, and to lay down what is complete so the women who come after you can walk a little lighter.

Set your altar with an intention and an offering from your heart to honor this threshold and the ones who walked before you.

Swipe through to learn the Ancestor’s Apple, a simple ritual you can do tonight with one candle, one apple and the names of the women who came before you. When you slice the apple across its middle, you will find a star waiting inside, the seed of the year to come.

Tell me in the comments the name of one woman you are honoring this Samhain, and I will hold her in my prayers.

Comment TEMPLE and I will send you the full Grandmother Ritual from the first temple of my Mystery School.

Blessed Samhain, sister. 🕯️

Priestess or witch? 🪄🌹

Rosary in one hand, pomegranate in the other.

The Magdalene carried both the prayer and the oil. 📿🪄

The witch was the wise woman.
The oracle. The healer.

She knew the plants, the moon, the elements.
When the village fell sick, they walked to her door.

Kings and rulers sought her counsel.

Then small men grew afraid of her power.
They called her wicked and lit the fires.

Her medicine belonged to the earth,
and the earth’s wisdom threatened their control.

Witchcraft is literally “crafting wisdom”.

A witch is a woman in full command of herself.
She knows her gifts. She knows her magic.

She has come online.
She remembers who she is.

And the priestess?
She is the witch in training,
walking the path to High Priestess.
And the High Priestess is the witch.

Holy and wild. Sacred and spellbound. 🕯️

Comment BOTH if you are remembering too.

I was honored to speak at New Paradigm Boss Woman Summit on one question.
What does success really mean?

We are taught to measure it by what we earn.
What we accomplish.
The letters behind our names.

I lived that version for two decades.
Then I remembered what we truly want.
Freedom. Love. Peace. Joy. Time.
A life lived on our own terms.

So I chose to build my life around those things now.
I took the leap.

Faith becomes powerful when you pair it with action.

Thank you, Jan, for gathering such radiant women. 🌹

What does success mean to you? 🤍

Cats and Super Grades.
My favorite combination 🐾✨

Golden Ticket Night was a private Advanced Alchemy sound bath under the stars amongst bamboos, and my heart is still singing.

Light magic.
Cellular DNA healing.
Channeled messages of love.
Super Grade alchemies.
Light language, voice activations and toning.

Together we sent healing sound to the Earth, and to every region touched by war, duality and conflict.

May peace ripple out through every tone.

And the sweetest gift of all: playing alongside and for my beloved friend and mentor Lupito while he sat back, listened and received like the Godfather he is 😂🙏

Thank you to every soul who held the circle with us.

What a joy.
What a night.

🪄🤍🥇

The feminine has always moved through many faces, many qualities, many expressions of the same living sacred intelligence. The ancient traditions understood this. They did not reduce the divine feminine to a single archetype. They honored her multiplicity as her greatest power.

The Oracle who perceives what lives beneath the surface of the visible world.
The Wild One who follows her own sacred knowing through any landscape.
The Priestess who tends the inner temple with devoted and faithful practice.
The Mystic who feels the sacred in what others walk past without noticing.
The Creatrix who brings what lives in the invisible into tangible sacred form.
The Medicine Woman who carries the healing intelligence of the earth in her devoted hands.

Every one of these lives within you.

The one calling loudest right now is the one you are ready to embody.

And the work of genuine sacred feminine practice is learning to move between them with consciousness. To know which face of the feminine is being called forward. To give her the space, the devotion, and the practice she is asking for.

This is what the goddess archetypes offer.

A living map of the feminine soul in all her sacred complexity.

Which one is speaking to you today?

On October 23, Venus disappears into the light of the Sun.

This is the deepest point of her descent.
Hidden from our sight.
Inanna in the underworld.

Seven gates. Seven surrenders.
She stands bare before her sister, held in the dark, becoming.

Here, death and rebirth meet.

The Evening Star completes her cycle.
The Morning Star is born, unseen,
ready to rise before dawn in early November.

Venus is moving through each of us now.
Asking what we have outgrown.
Asking where love and power can finally meet.

Let this be a sacred pause.
Release what has completed its purpose.
Trust what is forming in the dark.

She rises in early November.
So do we.

Save this for the days ahead, and share it with a sister walking her own descent. 🌹✨

This is your final call to walk through the Holy Fire with me this weekend.

Reiki mastery has always been a path to enlightenment. Usui walked it on the sacred mountain, and every master since has carried the same promise: when you master your own consciousness, you master your life. Your relationships, your health and your abundance begin to answer you, because you are finally the one holding the wand.

I open two paths into the temple this weekend, October 23 to 25.

The first path is Advanced Reiki Training on Friday. In one day, you receive the Master symbol and its attunement, and the light in your hands grows stronger than you have ever felt it.

The second path is the full Holy Fire III Master weekend. Over three days, you are initiated as a Reiki Master Teacher, ready to attune others and carry this lineage forward. This is the path for the woman who knows she is here to hold the light for many.

Both paths change you. The full weekend changes the lives you touch as well.

If your hands have been tingling as you read this, that is your answer.

What an honor to share an evening of sound, celebration and expanded consciousness at the Awareness Film Festival. ✨

We gathered to celebrate MIKI's Merit Award for Planet of Love: Message from the Universe, a film carried by the sound of crystal.

I played alongside my beloved friend and mentor, Lupito Jones, creator of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls and co-owner of Crystal Tones, whose bowls and presence live within this film. Sharing that space with MIKI, the visionary director behind the Planet of Love series, was a true blessing.

The room became one tone.
One breath.
One heart remembering itself.

This is what sound does.
It opens the doorway home.

And the doorway opens again. 🎫

Lupito is welcoming a small circle into his home for a private Advanced Sound Bath™ this Monday evening, by Golden Ticket only.

Comment GOLDEN to be chosen. ✨

The chosen receive the address and their preparation for the evening.

With deep gratitude to Lupito, @miki_crystalbowl , @crystaltones and @awarenessfest 🤍
