Dreams Do Come True!💜 Thank you God!

Ending 2025 strong! My children’s book has officially been published and I’m so proud of me!!! This has been 8 years in the making but it has been worth the fight! Holding something I created with the help of some generous donors, my amazing illustrator, and @bookbabyofficial is a feeling I’ll never get over! #author #Ending2025strong #dreams by @iamshemekafoster

@pinterest snapped with this booth at CultureCon! Little did they know these pics were an answered prayer bc I was nervous I wouldn’t have any pics from the event.

I had so much fun customizing my background and it was not easy bc there were so many options! @culturecon really thought of partnerships that made this experience special! Y’all will be seeing these on my website 😂 www.shemekafoster.com

Cherish the skin you’re in! Thank you to Alessandra Haskin, MD of @weiserskinmd and @elilillyco for taking the time to curate a special booth at @culturecon that discussed the importance of taking care of our skin.

Prioritizing our skin health is a must! Please wear sunscreen all year 😂! So many goodies from @neutrogena @larocheposayusa @aquaphor @aveenous @cetaphil that I can’t wait to use #skincare #culturecon #elililly by @iamshemekafoster

@chase this activation was so intentional!! Hands down my favorite activation at @culturecon!

We were gifted a cute mini rechargeable camera 📷 and the sapphire blue Goal Planner!

A tip I have for future attendees is to do all the activations first! It’s shorter lines, more personalize attention, and you get the fun gifts before they run out!

I 💜 supporting Black Artists and there were so many at @culturecon! I purchased from Ashley Posey @jorjazee (first 5 photos only)!

The Art & Rituals of Hair (video #1) brought me back memories of hot combs and blue hair grease 😂

What mask are you wearing (last video)?

“The Museum of Us” was this year’s #culturecon theme!

From the activations, workshops, panels, and braindates it was truly an experience that helped to reaffirm my work as a creative.
This is a quick recap of Day 1! I promise to release my camera roll! #creative #entrepreneur #explore by @iamshemekafoster
