If you keep your toothbrush wet and covered immediately after brushing, you’re creating an environment where microorganisms can multiply.

Try this instead:

✨ Allow it to air-dry
✨ Replace it every 3–4 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed

It was my birthday the other day, and although I was silent and a little muted, I received love in the loudest way. 🥹❤️

Honestly, I do not take it for granted. To everyone who celebrated me, checked on me, sent a message, prayed for me, posted me, or showed me love in any way **thank you.** I truly appreciate you.

Birthdays are very special to me. Every year, I choose a theme and intentionally work towards becoming the woman that theme calls me to be.

But this year was different.

With the kind of year I’ve had, I thought the theme would come easily, yet a few days to my birthday, I was still completely blank. And surprisingly, I didn’t panic.

Working on my relationship with God has taught me so much about being still, trusting Him, and allowing things to unfold in His own time.

Then suddenly, the theme came to me so calmly:

**“This year, let’s work on structures and serenity.”**

Immediately, I knew that was it.

As I reflected on my life, my journey, the things I’ve built, the things I’m still building, and just how far God has brought me, it made so much sense.

This season is about **building structures** — in my life, my business, my relationships, my purpose, and the things God has entrusted to me.

And doing it all with **serenity** — with a calm spirit, a sound mind, patience, grace, and trust in God.

I’m genuinely grateful for this phase of my life. Grateful for the lessons, the growth, the people, the opportunities, and even the things that didn’t go as planned.

Most importantly, I’m grateful for the God who has carried me this far.

Here’s to a new year of **structures and serenity.** 🤍

I’m building. I’m becoming. I’m trusting.

And I’m looking forward to everything God has in store for me. ✨
