The slower, the better.

One of the most important things I’d recommend when starting Pilates: don’t rush the movement.

Slow, controlled movements paired with deep breathing help you connect with your body, engage your deeper muscles and build better control.

You’re not just working your core or glutes — you’re training balance, stability, coordination and body awareness.

So take your time.
Breathe. Control. Feel.

Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast 🤍

For a toned, feminine back that makes you feel strong, confident and a little extra sexy 🤫

Some of my favorite exercises to get elegant posture,sculpted shoulders and a back that makes you feel confident in every outfit.

Save it and repeat 🫶🏻

My journey started 21 years ago.

At 4 years old, I stepped into the world of professional sport through figure skating.
Early mornings, five trainings a day, choreography, gym sessions, hours on the ice, discipline, patience, and years of hard work shaped me into who I am today.

Over time, that journey naturally transformed into Pilates

Now, I truly feel lucky to do what I love every day - helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to themselves through movement😌

This is more than just work for me.
It’s something that genuinely inspires me every single day.

See you in a class!

Grateful to my parents for everything that brought me here ♡ taken in Spain by @iamslava_

The biggest lie women are told about fitness: you need to suffer to have a beautiful body 🥹

I stopped working out for a flat stomach and lean legs.

And started working out for:

— a stronger body;
— better posture;
— a healthy spine;
— more energy;

And do you know what happened?

My body looked better
than when I was trying to change it 🤌🏻

Turns out, your body doesn’t need punishment.
It needs love 🤍

August Random’ 2026 😮‍💨

What a month! So intense, busy, emotional, unexpected — and full of work, changes, and beautiful moments.

Soo grateful for everything, especially for my closest people 🫂

Life can change drastically, so fast. The most important thing is to catch the wave, embrace the change, keep your heart open, and keep going with new energy.

Grateful to be here, living it all 🤍 taken in Barcelona, Spain by @iamslava_
