Final game of the season and we go out with a bang 💥 beat UCT 95-0 to cap off an UNDEFEATED season. 15-0. Zero losses. Let that sink in. 🏆 @false_bayrfc

So proud of every single one of my teammates and everyone who poured into this @falsebaythirds squad this year. The players the coaches the supporters who showed up week in week out. This is what happens when a team truly buys in.

To go through an entire season without dropping a single game takes heart discipline and brotherhood. We built something special this year 💪

Titan Hybrid Games (@titanevents.sa )

A solid morning of pushing limits, testing fitness, and getting uncomfortable. These races are a great reminder that progress comes from showing up and putting in the work.

Every event is preparation, every workout is a lesson, and today was another step forward on the road to HYROX.
