First, a huge congratulations to Jasmine Gonzalez, your 2026 Bikini Olympia Champion! An incredible accomplishment and a moment she will never forget.

But I have to say, Maureen Blanquisco’s reaction when Jasmine’s name was announced really stayed with me.

Maureen walked onto that stage as the reigning titleholder, and when Jasmine won, she immediately embraced her, celebrated with her, and genuinely shared in her happiness.

You could see it in Maureen’s face. She was truly happy for Jasmine.

And THAT says everything about her.

It’s easy to celebrate when they’re calling YOUR name. How you carry yourself when someone else’s name is called says so much more about your character.

Grace. Class. Humility. Sportsmanship.

Congratulations, Jasmine—you earned an incredible moment.

And Maureen, the way you celebrated her success was absolutely beautiful. Nothing but respect. That’s how a true champion carries herself.

2026 OLYMPIA — STATEMENTS MADE

The 2026 Olympia was incredible — one of the most competitive Olympia weekends we’ve seen in years. Amazing athletes, incredible physiques and outstanding performances across every division.

Congratulations to every athlete who earned the opportunity to step onto the biggest stage in bodybuilding. 🏆

There were a lot of athletes who impressed me, but two athletes in Figure really stood out and made a statement to me — Denise Zwinger-Tynek and Kristina Zafirova.

@denise_zwinger Denise continues to show why she belongs among the elite. After finishing 4th at the 2025 Olympia, she moved up to 3rd in 2026, earning a place on the Olympia podium.

Her shape, symmetry, conditioning, muscularity, stage presence and overall presentation continue to impress me. Denise has accomplished a tremendous amount in a relatively short period of time, and I believe we're watching her establish herself as one of the major names of this generation of Figure.

And then there is @zafirova_kristina_ifbbpro Kristina Zafirova.

Her placing doesn't tell the entire story.

Kristina brought a physique that immediately caught my attention — beautiful shape, symmetry, muscularity and incredible conditioning. But what really separated her for me was the complete package: posing, confidence, stage presence and an elegant, polished overall presentation.

These are the qualities I personally love seeing in Figure:

Shape. Conditioning. Balance. Symmetry. Elegance. Presentation.

Two incredible athletes. Two different journeys. Two athletes making their presence felt in IFBB Figure.

Congratulations to both athletes and teams. You made a statement on the Olympia stage, and I'm excited to see what comes next. by @iamstrongperformance

Congratulations to FMG Wellness Pro Angela Pham on an incredible runner-up finish at the FMG International USA this past Sunday.

Angela brought an outstanding combination of conditioning, presentation, and confidence to the stage. More importantly, she continues to represent what being an athlete is all about—discipline, consistency, character, and purpose.

PLACINGS MATTER. LEGACY MATTERS MORE.

The 2026 IFBB Sasquatch Pro-Am delivered one of the year’s most impressive productions—professional, exciting and filled with outstanding athletes.

Three extraordinary women competed that day: Brenda Hix, Ashley Kaltwasser and Missy Truscott.

Brenda delivered a championship performance, earning a first-place Masters Bikini victory and adding another major achievement to her outstanding career. This followed her multiple division victories at the 2026 San Antonio Pro.

Ashley won Open Bikini, earning her incredible 60th IFBB Pro victory. A three-time Bikini Olympia champion, she is the winningest athlete in IFBB Pro League history.

And then there is Missy Truscott.

Missy delivered an elite runner-up performance in Open Figure—a division representing an entirely new chapter in her career.

She is a three-time Ms. Fitness Olympia champion, two-time Arnold Classic Fitness champion and one of the greatest Fitness athletes in history.

After suffering a devastating injury that could have ended her career, Missy rebuilt herself, transitioned into a completely different division and returned to the Olympia stage.

That journey is bigger than any single placing.

Missy conquered one division and proved she belongs among the elite in another. Few athletes possess the talent, discipline and courage required to accomplish what she has.

Titles document victories. Impact creates a legacy.

Missy has inspired people, influenced generations and paved a road for those coming behind her. She is more than a champion. She is a people’s champion—and true bodybuilding royalty.

Congratulations to the Sasquatch Pro-Am team on an incredible production and unforgettable event. Having Brenda, Ashley and Missy competing across three divisions made this a special day for the sport.

There’s a difference between followers and supporters—and there’s also a difference in what an athlete chooses to build.

To the athletes:
What do you want to be known for?

Only your body—or your athleticism, knowledge, discipline, character and mind?

Are you building an audience that simply looks at you, or a community that listens to you, learns from you and respects who you are beyond the physique?

To the audience:
Why are you following?

Are you only admiring the body—or are you genuinely supporting the athlete, respecting the work and valuing what they can teach?

A physique may capture attention.
Substance earns respect. Purpose creates impact.

So, athletes and audiences alike—which one are you?
