My Beloved Mommy, Alicia Terry has transitioned to be with the Lord Friday, May 26th, 2023. 😢

I am heartbroken 💔 to never hear her voice again, to kiss her, nuzzle my nose in her neck, hug her, or lay up under her. I will always say I am the woman I am because of her love, nurturing, guidance, and protection. My Mother supported anything I wanted to do and every dream I had. Nothing was too far out of reach for her one and only baby girl.

The best parts of me don’t even measure up to the woman my Mother was. Such a loving and kind soul who took care of and cared for everyone. She is at peace now with her big sisters. 🕊️

I appreciate every text, phone call, and message that was made and sent. I’m still trying to respond to some so if I haven’t gotten to you yet please blame my mind and not my heart. The outpouring has verified what I already knew…MOMMY YOU WERE LOVED! ❤️🌹

I’m back!!! After a long hiatus, I’m returning to a creative outlet that has always served me in self-expression, exploration, and self-mastery. The last time I posted on iamSummerTerry.com was around 2020/2021, and since then life has been filled with transformation, loss, and growth.

I’ve had to take inventory of who I am and where I’m headed. And now, I’m ready to share that journey with you. My first blog post, “Taking Personal Inventory: From Pandemic to Personal Loss,” is LIVE!

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of my story and continued to ride with me. Your support has never gone unnoticed . So let’s pick up where we left off!

Read the full post now at the link in my bio. Comment, share, and subscribe. I’d love to hear your thoughts! 🖤👩🏾‍💻

Whatever I do, I keep it cute.

It’s the little things! A black blazer, dramatic floor length tulle skirt, earrings as a broach, and snakeskin over the knee boots cause why not.
