I love good customer service.
Shout out to Country Inn and Suites in ATL. We’re here for HBCU Expo tomorrow. In all my years of doing college prep related travel, Ive dealt with a LOT of hotels. Some are good, some not so great … this one might be the best welcome service Ive seen. It doesn’t take much; just a bit of being intentional. They had a printed rooming list with room numbers waiting for us, and the manager on duty met us at the bus before we even got off.
