Sometimes “Should I stay or should I leave?” isn’t the first question you need to answer.

There are questions underneath it that deserve your attention, too.

What is this marriage actually asking of you?
What are you no longer willing to accept?
What would need to change?
And who are you becoming in the middle of all of this?

You don’t have to rush to the answer.

You do need a safe place to get honest about what you’re really wrestling with.

That’s the work I do with women at a marital crossroads.

If you’re tired of carrying the questions alone and you know it’s time for support, click the link in my bio.

Let’s stop struggling alone and start walking toward what’s next—together.

I believe God has greater for you. 🤍 by @iamtanesharenee

2026 School Daze - Let the fun begin 🤩🤩🤩

Father God,

Today I place AJ and Brooke in Your hands as they begin another school year.

Cover them. Protect them. Guide them. And remind them every single day that they are loved, seen, and never alone.

Give them wisdom to learn, courage to try new things, patience when things don't come easily, and confidence to use the gifts You have placed inside of them.

AJ, continue to grow into the leader, thinker, creator, and young man You are calling him to be. Help him stay focused, make wise choices, treat others with kindness, and never be afraid to let his gifts shine.

Brooke, continue to nurture the joyful, creative, loving little girl You created her to be. Give her confidence to express herself, courage to learn, and a heart that remains kind and open.

Place teachers, administrators, friends, and adults around them who see their potential, believe in them, encourage them, and speak life into them.

Protect their minds and their hearts. Give them discernment about the people they choose to surround themselves with. Help them stand confidently in who they are without needing to follow the crowd.

And when they have difficult days—and they will—remind them that one hard day does not define them. Give them the strength to learn, grow, try again, and keep going.

My prayer is that You prepare them for every challenge.

Help me to be the mother they need in every season—to listen, guide, encourage, correct, love, and give them room to become who You created them to be.

May this school year be filled with growth, friendships, laughter, discovery, confidence, and beautiful memories.

Lord, go before my babies. Walk beside them. Cover them from behind. And keep Your hand upon them wherever they go.

I trust You with them.

Today and always.

Amen. 🙏🏾🤍

First day of school, my heartbeats. 📚🎒✨

Go learn. Go grow. Go be YOU.

I’m always cheering for you. ❤️ by @iamtanesharenee

This time, at 6:30 AM, seven years ago… 💕✨

An amazing little princess came into this world and completely changed my life. 👑🎀

And now here we are… SEVEN! 🥹💗

I honestly don't know how time is moving this fast. It feels like just yesterday I was holding you in my arms, and now I'm watching you become more and more of the person God created you to be.

Brooke, you are so amazingly sweet, loving, funny, creative, energetic, expressive, and FULL of personality! 😂💕 You have a way of lighting up a room and making sure everyone knows when you have arrived! 😆

You love to dance. 💃🏾
You love gymnastics. 🤸🏾‍♀️
You love to design, draw, color, create, and put things together in your own special way. 🎨✨
And you are clear about being a fashion designer. #BrookyIvyDesigns 👗👑❤️

My prayer is that I always give you the space, encouragement, opportunities, and support to explore every gift God has placed inside of you; to help you dream BIG, and believe that ALL your dreams are possible.

I am so incredibly proud of you—not just for what you do, but for who you are.

So today, we celebrate YOU. 🎂🎀

Seven years of loving you.
Seven years of watching you grow.
Seven years of learning from you.
Seven years of being blessed enough to call you my daughter.

Happy 7th Birthday to my beautiful princess! 👑💕✨

I loves you more than words could ever explain.

Keep dancing.
Keep creating.
Keep dreaming.
Keep being YOU.

Happy Birthday, my sweet Princess Brooke Ivy Gibson! 🎂🎀👑

Sometimes the first step isn’t figuring out what to do.

It’s facing what you already know is there.

The discomfort.
The uncertainty.
The self-doubt.
The questions you’ve been pushing down.
The things you’ve been trying to make okay.

You may not have the answer yet. And that’s okay.

Facing it doesn’t mean you have to make a decision today.
It means you’re willing to be honest about where you are.

And sometimes, that honesty is where you begin finding your way back to yourself.

That’s actually where I believe coaching can begin.

Not with me telling you what decision to make, but with creating a space where you can slow down, hear yourself again, and begin to see what’s really happening.

Because when you’re at a marital crossroad, you don’t necessarily need someone to tell you what to do.

You may need someone to walk alongside you while you find your clarity.

If that’s you, click the link in my bio. I’d love to walk alongside you. 🤍 by @iamtanesharenee

You can spend so much time searching for clarity that you don’t realize you’re also afraid of what clarity might require.

Because once you admit what you really feel…
Once you stop minimizing what hurts…
Once you allow yourself to acknowledge what has changed…
you may have to do something about it.
And when your marriage, your family, your faith, and the life you built are all connected to the decision, facing the truth can feel overwhelming.

But you don’t have to rush.
You also don’t have to keep hiding.

Sometimes the first step isn’t deciding whether to stay or leave.
It’s getting back to yourself.
That’s where self-trust begins.

And that’s the work I do with women at a marital crossroads—helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild self-trust, and move toward the clarity and peace you need to make the necessary decision in your marriage.

If you’re ready to stop hiding and start finding your way back to you, I’m here.

Sometimes you’re not lacking clarity.

You’ve just gotten really good at talking yourself out of what you already know.

You question your feelings.
You minimize what isn’t working.
You convince yourself to give it more time.
You wonder if you’re asking for too much.

And little by little, you stop trusting your own voice.

At a marital crossroads, that can make every decision feel impossible.

But the answer isn’t always more opinions, more information, or another person telling you what to do.

Sometimes, you need to get back to you.

That’s the work I do with women navigating separation, divorce, or uncertainty in their marriage—to help you reconnect with yourself, rebuild self-trust, and find the clarity and peace to make the decision that’s necessary for you.

If you’re ready to stop talking yourself out of clarity and start trusting yourself again, I’m here.

Sometimes fear doesn’t look like fear.

Sometimes it looks like staying busy.
Overthinking every decision.
Waiting for the “right” moment.
Avoiding the conversation you know you need to have.

For the woman at a marital crossroads, fear can quietly convince you that staying in uncertainty is safer than facing what comes next.

Fear says:
“What if I make the wrong choice?”
“What will people think?”
“What happens if everything changes?”

But avoiding the truth doesn’t create peace.

It only keeps you disconnected from yourself.

I know this because I’ve lived the season of trying to hold everything together while losing pieces of myself along the way.

And this is why I now walk alongside Christian women navigating separation, divorce, or the uncertainty of what comes next — helping them reconnect with who they are, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with clarity and peace.

If you are tired of hiding, stuck in fear, or questioning whether you can trust yourself again, I invite you to take the next step.

Many women don’t realize they’re trying to control the outcome until they recognize what it’s costing them.

As I reflect on my own journey, I can see that the more I tried to hold everything together in my marriage, the more anxiety quietly replaced my peace.

Control can feel responsible.

It can even feel loving.

But when we’re constantly trying to manage every conversation, every reaction, every possibility, and every outcome, we’re carrying a weight God never intended for us to carry.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned—and now help women recognize—is this:

Peace doesn’t come from controlling the outcome.

Peace comes from trusting God enough to release what was never ours to control.

If you’re constantly feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or overwhelmed, it may be worth asking yourself:

What am I trying to control that God is asking me to surrender?

That question changed everything for me.

I would love to walk alongside you. 🤍

When you become more committed to protecting the dream than protecting the woman living inside of it… something has to change.

For a long time, I was committed to protecting the dream.

The dream of marriage.
The dream of family.
The dream of the life I believed God had for me.

So when things felt difficult, I focused on what I could do to get things back to the way I imagined they should be.

I tried harder.
I prayed harder.
I looked inward and asked what I needed to change.

I was putting Band-Aids on things in my marriage because I was trying to preserve something I deeply valued.

But what I learned is this:

There is a difference between fighting for something and losing yourself in the process.

Sometimes we can become so focused on holding everything together that we stop paying attention to the woman who is quietly becoming exhausted, disconnected, and numb.

Holding your marriage together is not the same as being whole.

Wholeness requires honesty.
It requires self-reflection.
It requires creating space to reconnect with yourself, rebuild self-trust, and seek God’s wisdom for the season you are in.

Because the goal is not just to survive a difficult chapter.

The goal is to move forward with clarity, peace, and confidence in who God created you to be.

There was a season where I started reading everything I could about what I was feeling and experiencing.

Not because I was looking for an easy answer.

But because I needed to understand myself.

I needed to pause, reflect, and gain knowledge — not operate from assumptions, fear, or confusion.

The more I learned, the more I began to see myself clearly.

I started understanding my thoughts, my patterns, my emotions, and where my true power came from.

So today, I invite you to ask yourself:

✨ What am I feeling that I haven’t given myself permission to acknowledge?

✨ What parts of myself do I need to understand more deeply?

✨ What truth do I need to seek before making my next decision?

Sometimes the first step forward is slowing down enough to truly know yourself.

Self-awareness creates space for self-trust, clarity, and peace.

If you’re a high-achieving, faith-rooted woman navigating a season of uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, or a marital crossroads, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I help women move from survival into self-trust, clarity, and grounded peace.
