Meet DRAGMOTHER (@iamtazme), a Cape Town–based DJ and performer and founder of the city’s prolific queer nightlife platform, @thedeathofglitter. As a selector, her sets are disruptive and cathartic, driven by high energy and an unapologetic embrace of chaos, sex and play.

The TRACKS partnership between Diesel and global music platform @NTS_Radio spotlights local DJs and music collectives from around the world in a shared celebration of music, freedom and club culture.

Happy birthday @iamtazme ❤️ Your birthday marks more or less one year since I left home. Bittersweet moment... Lol, who am I kidding, only the best memories! 😍 plus the times we have just get sweeter and sweeter (or everything else just getting more sour – it's a win-win for us in the end). And let's timestamp this post as another reminder for what's to come in October (even though I'm not there), December (you better be there) and January (ok this one is safe).

Love you so much! Mom & Dad forever. You are my fucking superstar. Also I feel not enough people saw your look in that first pic so here we are by @iamtazme

We’ve been out of touch. So let’s catch up! ⚡️

D.O.G will be hosting an open forum this Thursday, May 7th at @one_park_cpt.

This is a space for our community to address their concerns, give feedback, and ask any questions they might have directly to D.O.G organisers. It is also a space to share our thoughts on the current direction of Cape Town’s underground, and on how we can collectively shape its future.

The open discussion will be mediated and chaired by @hy.poestes with @iamtazme representing D.O.G. We welcome everyone and anyone to participate and contribute to the chat.

The forum will be followed by an hour of open decks (bring your USBs babies) and sets from D.O.G DJs to take the discourse to where it matters most - the dance floor. Lineup announced soon!

Let’s talk about it. 💋
