PROMO SCHOOL 🎙️

Stop telling people you’re going to beat somebody. Everybody says that.

Give people a reason to care. Create emotion. Tell a story. Build anticipation. Leave them wanting more.

The goal of a promo isn’t to prove you’re tough.

The goal is to make the audience buy in.

The best promos don’t tell people what will happen… they make people need to see what happens.

That’s the difference between a wrestler and an entertainer.

👇 What’s the greatest wrestling promo of all time?

🎤 PROMO SCHOOL | Episode 1

Scenario: Your opponent keeps avoiding the title match.

Here’s how I’d handle it on the microphone:

“Your feet must hurt from running from this ass whooping you’ve been dodging for the past couple months.”

A great wrestling promo isn’t just about talking trash—it’s about building anticipation, telling a story, and making fans want to buy the match.

If you’re a wrestler looking to improve your promos, character work, and confidence on the mic, this series is for you.

3 things I’d say to let my opponent know I’m NOT the one to play with… 😤⛰️

Most people try to intimidate with noise. I prefer discipline, consistency, and pressure.

Because by the time you realize what’s happening… it’s already too late.

Which one hits the hardest? 👀👇

This might become a series. 🔥

POV: bro supposed to be at OVW… but got a pickleball tournament 😭

Man was in the mirror talking crazy about Kid Colosso…
then switched up for Charlene talking bout “sparkling water” & “hors d’oeuvres”

THEN told Shannon he not pulling up to OVW 💀

But don’t worry…
when he see Kid Colosso again it’s gonna be stomping, jumping, and shouting like a Southern Baptist church

I’m crying 😭

👉 Be honest… y’all trusting him in OVW or nah??
👉 And what’s worse—missing OVW or choosing PICKLEBALL?? 💀

OVW tap in… y’all signing him or banning him?? 😂
