Damn Tay❤️👼🏾 Miles, Mike, Phil, and now Tay.
A true MTSU legend, a Memphis legend, a real Member, a solid Salute the Shooter supporter from day 1. Tay had the college sets so lit we caved the floor in at the apartments. It was a blessing to capture him over the years, the images truly tell a story. lol He didn’t even have dreads in the first picture I took of him. From DJing for house parties at MTSU to working with Beyoncé, Drake, getting nominated for a Grammy, and more all while remaining humble and never switching up on the MT family. Boy you cut us with this one, you will truly be missed my baby🤞🏽👼🏾💔 by @iamtrellini

Really got in the field and put that work in😂‼️ Almost 2 years ago, I decided I didn’t just want to lose weight, I wanted to change my lifestyle so it would actually stick. After losing 100 lbs in 2016, then gaining it back during COVID, and then having zero motivation to get it off again I finally put the fork down and picked a weight up 😂💪🏾

I didn’t even realize how much progress I made until other people started noticing. S/O to my brother @mr_getfitstayfit for rocking with me even when I wanted to give up, his sh** talking was top-tier motivation. But the real game changer? Cutting out hard liquor & club food these last 4 months! Still got work to do, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come🥹💪🏾

S/O to the staff at @oxigyn.fit folks was randomly motivating and helping me with workouts🙏🏽
