From the BOTTOM 6% ➡️ TOP 5% in my age group. 😤🔥

My first HYROX, the Burpee Broad Jumps almost BROKE me. I got hit with an extremely painful abdominal cramp, the judge was on me with penalty after penalty, and I came dangerously close to quitting.

I finished that station in the bottom 6% of athletes in my age group.

I never forgot that feeling.

So before HYROX 2, I attacked my weakness. I locked in my diet. Locked in my training. Practiced Burpee Broad Jumps over and over and over again until something that once exposed me became one of my strengths.

Second HYROX: ZERO penalties. TOP 5% in my age group. 📈💪🏾

The physique changed between race 1 and race 2…but the biggest transformation happened upstairs. 🧠

More discipline. More drive. More determination.

Your weakness doesn’t have to stay your weakness.

Bottom 6% to Top 5%.

Yesterday was a BIG milestone for our family—our baby girl Ava officially started KINDERGARTEN! 🎒📚🥹❤️

Feels like just yesterday we were bringing her home, and now she’s walking into school ready to learn, grow, make new friends, and start a whole new chapter. Time really does fly.

Mommy and Daddy are beyond proud of the smart, confident, loving little girl you’re becoming. We pray God continues to protect you, guide you, and bless you every step of the way. 🙏🏾
