Remember that herb garden I put together? It didn’t survive 🐒 so, I turned it into a dinotopia!

Love has been feeling a lot less like being swept off my feet… and a lot more like walking side by side.

I wouldn’t trade that for anything. ❤️

There’s something sacred about finding someone who lets you be completely yourself… weird, soft, curious, and all. ✨

Freckles, laugh lines, and a soul patch… I don’t fear becoming older; I admire becoming more unmistakably myself. Maybe timelessness isn’t about looking young but more about looking your soul embodied. 🤷🏽 💫😜

I reckon every day we can use laughter from our belly, but some days more than most. Hope this brightens up your day and conjure up some laughter from your belly.

Strength isn’t built in the fifth pull-up.

It’s built in every attempt before it.

Five clean reps with full extension today.

Not because it got easier, but because I kept showing up.

Grateful for this body. Grateful for my best friend @madamnnbeautiful who brought me this pull-up bar. Grateful for my process. 🔥

Lately, life has felt beautifully full.

Good food, towering trees, ocean air, long conversations, shared laughter, and the company of people I love deeply.

The older I get, the more I realize it’s not the destinations or accomplishments that stay with me. It’s these moments. These people. These little slices of life that somehow become everything.

My heart is full. ❤️
