It was a pleasure & truly an honor to host His Excellency Yousef Al-Batran, Father of the champions and a distinguished member of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation, at the ADCC Kuwait 2025 Championship. In a remarkable gesture of support, he stepped down from the honorary VIP box to personally cheer on the champions, even pausing the entire championship for a memorable group photo. This past weekend we surpassed 1000+ competitors for the first time ever in the Middle East making it the biggest grappling event in the region ever. We’ve only been operating for around 2 years but I believe this is a testament that dreams don’t fade when they’re shared, they multiply. What started as a spark has become a movement, carried by a community that believes in the power of holding onto ideas till they come into reality.I always had big dreams for the ADCC franchise, & the most important to me is to keep bringing ADCC to more spaces, places & faces globally. The ADCC world federation believes in big ideas and innovation in the same way I do and together this will help us to continue growing the brand out in the Middle EastAs we celebrate this milestone I’d like to thank the amazing @adcckuwait team who have helped me build over the years. I couldn’t have done it without all of you.
