POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

if you're new to my page, Hi my name is Zia and I am 23 years old from Birmingham. And I thought why not to share this post with you just so you can get to know me more and what I do on this page.

I am a partially sighted tech content creator and also have a rare condition called Harlequin Ichthyosis.

I've been doing tech content for the last couple of years and I really enjoyed sharing my perspective on tech with reviews, comparisons, and I like discussing about what's new in the tech world.

I always have a huge passion on tech because on how advanced they becoming and helpful for us visually impaired/disabled people, no matter if it's consumer tech or assistive technology. Tech is always changing rapidly.

Aside of that, I love my music particularly electronic music and I also love experiment and make my own beats in my own time, as well as photography, films, travel and so much more that I am interested in.

A little bit about my condition, I had it since birth, which causes my skin to become really dry and scaly which can make me feel uncomfortable and sore. There are no cures for this condition, but the right treatments that could help my skin from getting dry and infected, as well as daily baths, full bandages and plenty of cream for moisturisation.

And because I mentioned about being partially sighted, I cannot see anything with my right eye due to an unsuccessful cataract surgery. However, that doesn't necessarily mean I can't see, I can still see with my left eye but only 40% vision. Though it's also has a cataract I cannot take the risk on having a surgery because I could potentially lose my other vision.

Being partially sighted means I struggle on reading small text, as well as seeing things that are a bit further away from me and also in some cases when meeting people can be a bit tricky to recognize phases because of distance unless if I'm actually familiar with them or recognize them very well.

If you want to follow along with my tech journey, a massive follow would mean a lot to me.

The most expensive camera from Hasselblad I had a hands on at the DJI | Hasselblad store

This one I tried is the Hasselblad X2D II, a medium format camera with higher megapixels, awesome detail and colours, impressive background blur and a premium design.
