My wrestling career has finally come to an end after 12 years. Through wrestling I’ve learned that it’s never about the destination, but the journey. A sport will never impact my life as much as wrestling has, it has taught me life skills and that you can overcome any challenges through hard work, discipline, and consistency. No sport will take you through the mental battles and physical struggles like wrestling will, however in the end the mental toughness you develop from this sport will stick with you forever. It has also taught me that after I’ve failed countless times to get back up and keep moving forward and to never give up. So thank you wrestling for teaching me how to be the best version of myself, thank you to all my teammates and partners throughout the years, thank to all my coaches who have helped me and taught me life lessons throughout my career, and most of all thank you to my dad for not only being my coach but my mentor and someone I could look up to everyday💙♾️ by @ian.kreske
