I am honored to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Indiana University!

I would like to thank God for this blessing of an opportunity. I am thankful for Coach Mercer, Coach Myers, Coach Mullen, Coach Weatherford, and the rest of the staff for giving me this amazing opportunity. I would also like to thank my parents, sister, grandparents, and the rest of my family for the sacrifices they have made to elevate me to this level.

Next I would like to thank all of my travel coaches throughout the years, Mario Urquizuo, Tom Hasemen, Mike Ritthaler, Coach Stew, and Tony Cookerly. In Addition I would like to thank all of my high school coaches, Coach Piskur, Coach Plesac, Coach Lubash, Coach Enright, Coach Hutton, Cambe, Ochi, and Coach Novak. I’ve been blessed with all of these people that have taught me the game of baseball all the way up to high school. Following up, I would like to thank my Agent Mark Meisner, my Trainer Max Bain, and Cooper Trinkle for their support and advice throughout this entire process.

Finally, I would like to thank my friends, teammates, and especially my catchers that I’ve had, because none of this would be possible without you guys. Go Hoosiers!!! 🔴⚪️ by @ian_funk44
