If you’re throwing plyos, there’s no way you shouldn’t be doing athletic throws.

Fundamentally both are achieving the same thing and that’s coordination on the mound.

You want the mound to feel as comfortable as possible.

Your brain needs to be trained like anything else in your body.

Once you diagnose your problem you can’t expect your brain to simply never go back to its old ways.

If you’ve struggled with something for years and finally found the cure, of course your brain may impose the old habit on itself.

It’s all it new for so long!

Don’t beat yourself up over something you’re doing correctly.
