Well here it is, the last two years of my life sprawled out in epic guitar solo fashion.

I never thought that a weird hobby I picked up off of YouTube would become the most impactful thing I have done so far, but these little homemade drones have changed my life forever.

4 years of work.
Way too many hours of YouTube research,
endless simulator flying,
lost drones,
broken drones,
drones that just stop working for no damn reason,
troubleshooting,
practice flights in the park,
practice flights in places that are a bit less legal,
all my money,
then all my money a few more times.
And it all lead to this.

3 minutes of pure stoke.

Now these clips are just glimpses of each of these athletes full stories.
Stories filled with an endless cycle of triumph and defeat.
You may see them as dare devils, but I see them as warriors, honing their skills and unity with a tool that allows them to move through the world beautifully.
It’s a lifelong journey that each of them wouldn’t trade for the world, and I guarantee there is not one person in here that you would not fully love if you knew their true story.

The individuals in this video are the most dedicated,
badass,
loving of life,
loving of others,
wizards of their craft people I have been lucky enough to share time and airspace with.
Their passion for improvement and wellbeing have taught me everything.
Bringing me from a kid who likes to play with helicopters, to a kid who likes to play with helicopters who now has profound thoughts and loves so much deeper.

Thank you all, you know who you are.

By no means is this all my footage, but these are my favorite shots fitting the theme I love most.
Laying it all out there, often with flips.

I honestly don’t know what to do with all my footage, but posted on the internet or not, I remember and cherish each of my flights with y’all.

How do you feel like you’re living?

Once you’ve sent your body down a cliff at 70mph flying a Kleenex, it may be hard to find that much joy anywhere else.

It’s easy to peak out on dopamine

But even for people as incredibly talented as @carlweiseth skimming the ground with mere inches between life and a rock enema, it’s still about the small moments and solid relationships. Investing time into these seemingly small, everyday things can make the troughs in between the peaks more tolerable. Then the big moments like this flight can be even more special :)

This was hands down the most impressive thing I’ve witnessed through my goggles. There’s not much like seeing this kind of achievement live. FPV will always have my heart for that.

It’s a beautiful thing to see the nooks and crannies of the world where LIND boards have been in just over one year. A huge thank you to @captncal and @ianjesr for being the first men to set foot in Mexico.

Hopefully not the last, cause it doesn’t look too bad down there.
