I’ve been working on some pieces of painted furniture and interior decorative painting recently.
This old , dark , wooden plate rack was bought by my client who asked me to paint it in green and metallic copper to coordinate with her kitchen decor. #paintedfurniture #interiordesigner #interiordesign #metallic #handpainted #copper #cheshire #manchester #kitchendesign #upcycling #upcyclingfurniture #lancashire #interiordesigners by @ianjonesdesigns

I sometimes get asked to return to alter a mural ,this happened last week. This is a reworked section of a mural that I painted about three years ago, I added warmer tones to coordinate with the client’s new decor and I added a shallow recessed wall background. The original can be seen in an earlier post.

I haven’t posted anything for a while as I’ve been working on several textile design commissions that I can’t share, but I was recently privileged to be able to paint this portrait of the wonderful Luther, painted in gouache on watercolour paper. by @ianjonesdesigns
