I’ve been seeing @toppsfc sharing a few Messi/Ronaldo dual autos lately and figured it was a good time to re-examine this shocking moment in my son and I’s life.

We pulled this absolute Grail last year and still own it!
Thanks to @topps and @honeyholecollect for this moment that my son and I will never forget.
Also, thanks to #messi and #cristianoronaldo for being the best to ever do it. by @ianmckesson

Andor is by far my favorite Star Wars series, and Cassian my favorite character. The one time I bought a single starwars break spot on a whim I was lucky enough to hit this beauty by the insanely talented @ianmckesson by @ianmckesson

I mean… look, I know.

but Man, this card has been a wild one to watch since it I did it and at first made it to eBay and sold. Now it’s in the PSA vault and back up for sale there.

It’s a dream job to get to draw some of my favorite characters of all time and seeing what happens when they make it out into the world.

I’m extremely grateful for every card that I make that makes it into someone’s collection. I’ve been hit up from all over the world at this point when Cards of mine have made it out of boxes and into collections. From Singapore to Dubai to Northern Ireland to even my local card shops in Escondido and Riverside. It never gets old to me to get hit up when someone finds one.

McDuck continues to flash that cash though. What a wild ride.

I found some old notebooks today.

I used to keep one of these in my back pocket everywhere I went and in my early 20s trying to make sense.

They aren’t entirely full of life-fulfilling wisdom of course, but they are a trail of crumbs to the who I am today.

I think that little guy with the rabbit mask on his head would be proud of the course we have plotted through Life so far. Still don’t do everything right, but I never did anyway.

Sometimes looking back can be the best way to see the future I guess. Who knows? I never have. I’ve just been trying to make sense of it from one perspective all along.

The last one might still be the best advice I’ve come up with. by @ianmckesson
