Today marks exactly 1 year since giving my life to ChristAnd no it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows… this past year was full of pain, struggle, discomfort, growth, u certainty and lots of failuresBut Jesus always pulled throughIn the moments where I felt anxious, he gave me peaceIn the times when I was uncertain about my future, he made a wayWhen I was going through pain and struggle, he helped me back up onto my feetRight when one of the biggest business opportunities felt like it was crashing down, He came in and filled it with something greaterIf there’s anything He’s taught me, it’s to let go and let GodTrying to control the outcome of your life can only work for so long, but a relationship with the Lord is eternalThe pain He puts you through isn’t because He’s ignoring you, it’s because he’s making you stronger and teaching you a lesson“God puts his strongest soldiers through the toughest battles”But faith without works is nothingHaving faith is great but you still must apply yourselfGod will steer the boat but you must towHe will give you all of the ingredients to bake a cake, but you still must bake itThis journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster, but a ride I would choose every time knowing that I am living true alignment and identity with my Lord and savior, Jesus ChristAll of the brothers and sisters I’ve met through Christ and built relationships with are more valuable than anything material and for the worldI trust in His plans and He will make a wayThank you Jesus! 🙏#faith #jesus #baptism by @ianmcqueeney
