Zandvoort, Nederland 🇳🇱
21K🟢 (or 24.6kms according to my watch😛)
This was a long overdue race that I was supposed to run last year, but for several reasons it didn’t happen. Now it’s done, and I can say that (at least for me) I completed my 3rd Trifecta ever.

It took a toll not only physically, but mentally as well. I really pushed myself during the last 5 km , while the Netherlands doesn’t have many hills, the sun definitely didn’t make it any easier 🤡

While the outcome was not what I would have liked, and it ended up being my second least favorite race (only behind the one where I got injured), I had fun, and that is what matters (according to one of the referees🤣)

I’m grateful that I get the chance to keep pushing my limits 🙌🏼 because it hurts, but it also means I’m progressing and achieving my goals.

Special thanks to my husband ☀️ who stood under the sun for hours. Seeing him from a distance meant a lot when I thought I couldn’t walk anymore.

Today I really did not want to train, but then I had to remind myself that every day is a new opportunity to enjoy things even if they are uncomfortable. I dragged myself to the door and it was worth it! Hilary Duff best bops and surprisingly sunlight!!! ☀️ Starting something might be hard but the outcome might be better than we expect.

Hace unos meses me pregunté - “¿Qué tan difícil será correr una Hyrox?”
Después de meses de intentar conseguir boletos y entrenar , lo logré💪🏼 pueden ver mis evaluaciones de cada estación - spoiler: en 2 casi lloro😭.

Al ser un nuevo reto, la carrera se la dediqué a mi mami✨

Valieron la pena los entrenamientos, ahora el objetivo es mejorar mi tiempo para la próxima en unos meses y por ahora sigue Spartan Zandvoort 21k!

🔵[2/3] Paris, Camp de Beynes

This race has been one of my favorite locations and surprisingly one of the hardest. Who would have thought that Paris had that many hills!!!

This was not my original plan, I was supposed to run the Super in Mexico, but life happens; the weather was not great it was raining a lot and I didn’t think it would have been a great idea to run the race under the rain + I hadn’t trained a lot + I got sick ; so I decided to push it for later and find another location last minute.

Well, little did I know that I would end up running under the rain 😂 yes what I was trying to avoid it ended up happening. It was really hard, at some point I even told myself “how am I supposed to finish this??” But that is why I run this, to challenge myself!

Well now I have 5 weeks to go for the final race of the year THE BEAST!!!

🔴[1/3] Zagreb, Croatia

In 2025, I decided to pursue my third Spartan Trifecta. Living in the Netherlands, it’s been really hard to maintain the consistency I once had, so I set clear goals to stay focused. The Spartan Race has been a great motivator—even with the challenging Dutch weather.

Every race is a challenge, and this time I learned that just because you’re good at something doesn’t mean you can’t fail. Yes- I was super disappointed to fail the rope climb, but at the same time, I am happy that I made a quick decision and stayed aware of my limits and just embraced the moment. Failure teaches us valuable lessons—we just have to keep moving forward and get better for the next time!

Well, if you’ve made it this far—my next focus is the 10K, and I’m super excited because it’ll take place in a very special location 💙. (And yes, all of the locations have already been chosen!)
