POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Just wrapped our shoot at Bedford Park in New York—and it’s hard to put into words how unforgettable this experience was.

I’m endlessly grateful for the @ahn_stephanie director’s incredible vision and our producers’ @gsfhorse, @achrislee & @nybongiovi generous encouragement and guidance. Your belief in this story and in each of us gave me the strength to go deeper, trust more, and grow as a performer.

Huge thanks to Moon Choi @lunadelizia —your beautiful photos captured the soul of this journey. And your advice helped me a lot.

To Chris @achrislee ,thank you. Your presence and support kept everything running smoothly—I really couldn’t have done it without you.
And to my scene partner Juhong, your energy and generosity made every moment honest and alive.

To the hair @risako_hair & makeup @jeonghwa.makeupartist team, the amazing catering crew @royaltycateringcrew, and every single person on set—thank you for your professionalism and warmth.

And to my fellow actor Joohong @joohongj, it was an honor to share this experience with you. Thank you for your energy, focus, and heart.

This is just the beginning. As an actor, I’m still learning, still growing—and this experience reminded me why I chose this path in the first place.

Swipe to see some behind-the-scenes moments 📸
Can’t wait to share what we created. Let’s keep moving forward—with heart.

With a full and grateful heart, I share some incredible news. 🌟

The short film Loving Day, in which I have the honor of playing the lead role,
has been officially selected for the American Pavilion Emerging Filmmaker Showcase during the 2025 Cannes Film Festival.

Our film will screen under the Emerging Filmmaker Showcase category, with a current screening date set for May 21st at the American Pavilion. 🇫🇷✨

And today… another piece of surreal news arrived.
I was named as one of the actors to watch at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
It’s hard to describe how deeply moved and thankful I am — these moments still feel like a dream.

I came to the U.S. carrying a small dream from Korea.
Through countless nights of doubt and setbacks,
there were times I couldn’t see the end, times I almost gave up.
But moments like this remind me: Don’t stop. Keep going.

I am endlessly grateful to share this milestone with the incredible team that ran alongside me.
Working with our director, Daeil Kim @daeildale , was both a blessing and an honor —
his passionate vision and compassionate leadership truly brought this film to life.

I also want to thank NextShark (@nextshark) and Benny (@bennyluo) for believing in this story and helping it reach more hearts around the world. 🙏

And to every one of our crew and cast members
@lovingdayfilm
—
thank you from the bottom of my heart for your dedication, creativity, and spirit.
You gave this film its breath and soul.

This may be a small step,
but I look forward to where this journey may lead —
and I promise to keep walking it with sincerity, purpose, and fire in my heart.

Thank you. 🎬❤️

#LovingDay #Cannes2025 #AmericanPavilion

I learn a lot through acting,
but lately, I’ve been realizing that
the time I spend getting to know myself is even more valuable.

While doing the Tough Mudder 2026 Los Angeles 15K,
I noticed it wasn’t just physical —
it revealed a lot mentally.

How far I can push,
where I start to hesitate,
and what I do in those moments.

In the end, I think acting is built on
these kinds of experiences.

So this year,
I want to be more intentional
about putting myself in situations
that help me understand who I am.

Taking on challenges,
and going a little deeper each time.

🎬🔥 A New Beginning!🔥🎬

I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! I recently had the opportunity to be a part of the film
“Bedford Park.“ I‘m honored to announce that it has been selected for the 2026 Sundance Film Festival and received the Jury Award.

This incredible project wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing vision of director Stephanie Ahn @ahn_stephanie and the dedication of our talented producers @achrislee @gsfhorse. Working alongside such outstanding actors and crew has truly inspired me a lot, and I can’t wait to see how this film resonates with audiences.

Sundance is a true haven for independent filmmakers, bringing together creative minds from around the world to share new stories. Your support and enthusiasm mean the world to me. Let’s embark on this journey together!

Thank you team! 💪

Every time I meet Lee Byung-hun, I’m captivated by his charm and inspired all over again!

I absolutely loved his upcoming film “No Other Choice”! It’s a powerful story that truly showcases his incredible talent. I can’t wait to see him take home Best Actor at the Golden Globes. Here’s to new history in the making!

Big thanks to Mr. Han Tak-hee for all he does for Korean cinema here in LA.

Wrapping up this Asian world film festival focus on Korea project, I am reminded of how much happiness lies in having true colleagues. I am genuinely grateful that we can look towards the same goal, rely on each other, and run this journey together.
Just ten years ago, facing this massive Hollywood mountain, my biggest worry was always, “How can I possibly conquer this alone?” Today, that weight has completely shifted. My focus is no longer on me, but on “How can we all cross this summit successfully, and even more brilliantly, together?”
I truly love this environment—Hollywood—a place that transforms solitary worry into a powerful, shared vision.
As an actor, my ultimate goal is to keep strengthening my role as a solid ‘Bridge’ connecting the cinematic worlds of Korea and the United States, and to make that vision a reality with my team. I look forward to the next chapter we will write together.
Thank you, everyone! See you in the next one! 🙏
