“Using AI to create a document is Soulless”

My wife and I were drinking coffee just now and her words landed deeply with me.

What she shared seemed to me to be literally true. For me document creation comes from the Soul, from the depths of our Being, from the Truth of who we really are. It is a sacred creation helping to birth something which has helped me see life more deeply and to live life more fully than I believed possible a year ago.

The best way I know to access that Wisdom is by slowing down, getting really quiet and as William Pettit Jr. put it recently to shift from “fast and furious” to “calm and curious”.

Helping another human being see that, creating a third space between us to do that is part of what I love to do. It is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. Helping people see what is more true for them, not the stories generated by our brains which are thought generating machines but the real Truth of who we are, a Spiritual Being having one or eight billion human experiences. by @ianscreativity

A beautiful morning stroll in Hyde Park with my friend and fellow student Robert Twine as we prepare for the first weekend of AJC with Ankush K Jain.

At the recent powerful men’s immersion William Pettit Jr. pointed us to the distinction between “fast and furious” and “calm and curious.”

I had shared this with my beautiful wife Gabriele Aust earlier as she reflected on an issue with one of her students at school and it served her and the student very powerfully helping them both slow down and see something fresh and new as a possibility to resolve a situation. In slowing down it becomes possible to be more discerning and to realise we have choices. This was also a wonderful illustration of Gabi’s help to call the student up from a place of love rather than calling the student out which had been received as coming from judgment.

I saw something new for myself as well. In the early parts of my ICU coma experience I was lost in fast and furious. I was full of judgment for myself, of God, “why me”, “it’s not fair” and so on. By surrendering to the experience and inviting something new in to my life I got curious and in doing so I saw the Truth of who I really AM, I became the calmest I have ever been despite lying in a coma in a hospital bed travelling in other dreamy worlds. I realised I was unconditionally loved AND the love doing the loving. There was no separation❤️❤️ by @ianscreativity

Day 5 comes to an end. The final day is tomorrow of my second #PMI with Ankush K Jain. Over dinner I was reflecting with my brothers and friends my biggest insights and take aways (so far).

I realised this morning that my commitment to my health and wellbeing is absolute and that commitment is to myself first and foremost. It is helpful to be supported by others and to have systems in place to help me but it begins by having clarity about what I want to create for myself.

I have become familiar this week with the distinction between being called out on something and being “called up”. When we are called out it is often from judgement and we feel put down. When I am called up I am being invited to elevate my state of consciousness to a higher level. In doing so the likelihood of having an insight is massively increased from my new perspective. In contrast to being called out I am not judged I am in fact loved. When I show up as a beacon of light and love in the world I can help point others to their Truth

William Pettit Jr. drew my attention to four levels of Being in the world, four ways of understanding life.

Good is when I see and understand that 100% of my experience is created by realising that my feelings reflect my thinking in the moment.

Better is when I realise that I have an internal guidance system I can rely on 100% of the time, an inner GPS if you like, what some might call inner Wisdom.

Best is my realisation that I am both God and the unique manifestation in form as Ian (god). God I am and I’m not God.

Bestest reflects the realisation that we are all love.

I love all of these insights and believe me there are many more but the last one impacted me deeply as it mirrors much of my document which I have talked about before.

It begins with the line

“I am all that is”

It ends with

“I am that I show up in the world as a pure expression of love, as a mirror pointing others to the truth of their Being
Love Is
I Am that
And I am Magic Ian”

The best omelette experience in the world?

I had the most remarkable experience at breakfast today. Gabriele Aust and I are in Stockholm for a few days. I am a big believer in the power of language to create in the world. How we speak about each other, how we interact with the wider world are all influenced by our choice of language.

What surprised me most was the circumstances I found myself in. We are staying at the Hilton and I could write a whole piece about the level of service we have received here since we checked in at 2am two days ago. Every member of staff has been exceptional. They are super friendly and all of them seem to constantly go the extra mile. They notice things, they all smile and they have a light hearted touch to their customer interaction. Their whole model seems to be service driven. You might say so what? Well in my experience it is rare to experience this level of service.

Anyway I digress!

At breakfast I fancy an omelette. At the omelette station I strike up a conversation with Banjo who I had seen the day before. He makes 500+ omelettes on a busy day. He has 4 pans on the go at once each at a different part of the cooking process.

As we are talking I was struck by his choice and use of language. He assures me I will have an amazing omelette. “Satisfaction guaranteed” he proudly tells me. He pours as much love in to the pans as eggs. Each gently nurtured as he works his magic and seasons every omelette as per the customer requests. Salt, pepper, a hint of paprika, a little garlic, nothing is too much trouble. He works with a constant smile on his face accompanied by a light hearted banter.

After I eat my beautiful and amazing omelette I take the trouble to go back and see him. I acknowledge his creation/my omelette experience and thank him for his work. I share with him how much I appreciate the work he does and his response to that was to thank me for taking the trouble to acknowledge him.

Yes it was indeed the best omelette experience in the world. by @ianscreativity

Further adventures in Germany. A beautiful morning walk followed by a stroll around a lake en route to buy smoked fish. We bumped in to these swans and then this strange creature was nearby in the water. Initially I thought it was a beaver but AI suggests it is a coypu by @ianscreativity

I was determined to create a positive travel experience this morning from Birmingham to Helmstedt, Germany. The media is full of horror stories about BHX security lines, waiting times at EU border control and the general inefficiency of the German railways.

I wasn’t having any of it and I have been speaking in to existence the perfect journey for some time. 5 minutes at BHX, <10 mins at the border and every train arrived on time. Even the Ryanair flight landed 10 mins early!

This afternoon we visited a woodland where my father in law’s ashes are buried. A delightful walk nearby elevated the experience further accompanied by Gabriele Aust Eva Aust and Tobias Aust.

I wasn’t brave enough to pick the mushrooms which might be a bit past it but Google suggests chicken in the woods which I have certainly enjoyed before and they make fine dining.

Magpie estate The Malcolm 1996. @ Noel Young what a remarkable wine at 30 years of age. Classic Barossa Shiraz. Sweet fruit, menthol, mint, some meatiness but in balance. Decent acidity still evident. It hides its 16.5% ABV well and is not at all porty. Fully evolved I think although more tertiary development may emerge. Likely to last another 5-10 years with ease and not going to fall apart if you are lucky enough to own a bottle.@ by @ianscreativity
