If you’ve been paying any attention at all, you’ve seen what I’ve been up to this past week. I flew to San Diego and picked up an 🥚 and then drove it back to Minnesota, over 2300 miles. A 1997 Toyota Estima “G” TCR21W egg specifically - AWD, Supercarged, Dual Moon Roofs, Captains Chairs. ALL THE BOXES have been checked. If you’ve known me for a decent amount of time, you know this is quite LITERALLY my dream car. My family had a 1993 Cadet Blue Previa for like fifteen years. We traveled all over the east coast and Canada in that van. 333,042 miles before we sent her along. When I was like ten or twelve, and the internet started to become more accessible, I saw that dudes in Japan would kit out their vans, and I fell in love. Since then, I’ve wanted a Supercharged Estima of my own. And now I have one! She needs some help, but with a lot of elbow grease, she’ll be a stunner. Expect a bunch of posts about my trip this week. by @iarebrownbear
Peep the new hotness! Two years of work to get to this point. What’s new: - Advan TC-4s - Seibon carbon hood - Swapped rear subframe - 1/2” rear hub spacers The first time in about sixteen years that this car has a changed look. I AM STOKED. I can’t wait to take beauties of the car, so everyone will have to settle for iPhone pics! Also be ready for me to spam my own page with this car for a long while. by @iarebrownbear

Its Toaster Time 🍞 (PT1) ~~~ Here to welcome @iarebrownbear 's Scion XB. Such a sick little hatch with tons of cool goodies. This was Marlon's first car, and has had it for years. That's my plan with my Outback as well. But for now, enjoy these pics 🙏 Stay Creative 🫡 Would you own an XB? by @iarebrownbear

We are already a pretty community-focused group. Let’s turn that focus to supporting our neighbors. So bring yourself and something to donate, Sunday, Oct 18th from 9am to 12pm for our MN Oddballs: Oddballs at Millrace (The Closer). 2219 Edgewood Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55426 A little about STEP: STEP responds to our neighbors in need by providing access to vital services that foster stability. They directly provide food and clothing to residents in need, as well as advocacy, referrals, and build a collaborative relationship. by @iarebrownbear

A smattering of Oddballs you’ll be able to see this Sunday at the MN Oddballs and @jwp_automotive ‘Oddballs Showcase’!!! Come through from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, Sept 13th and see some of the Metro’s Oddbally’est rides and people. Last year was an absolute blast and really felt like a family gathering, without all the bickering. Just people hanging out and enjoying weird rides together. There will be just a couple ‘drive-by hotness’ spots. So if you weren’t invited but thinks you got a sweet little Oddball, come early and see if you can snag a spot!
