WE HAVE A CONTRACT! 🎉 🎟️ After 16 long months (and being forced to file our first ever Unfair Labor Practice against OSF) the Box Office and Group Sales workers of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival have unanimously voted to ratify their contract! Deepest thanks to the Bargaining team, the Box Office workers, and every IATSE and AEA worker and OSF community member who helped these workers secure this win by: 🗓️ Attending our informational Town Halls and meetings 📄 Flyering on the Bricks (for 2 months) 💻 Writing emails to OSF’s leadership ✍️ Signing our petition (over 1200 signatures!) ☕️ Sending memes and jokes to the Discord to keep morale up 🍿 Delivering snacks and meals 💪 Showing up in solidarity to Bargaining Sessions and Mediations Just as with all things right now: our solidarity is our strength. United we bargain. Divided we beg. Unidos negociamos. Divididos suplicamos. #iatse154 #iatselocal154 #iatse #iatsebargaining #unionproud #unionstrong #solidarityforever #iatsesolidarity #boxofficeworkers #iatseboxoffice #nlrb #aeasolidarity #unitedwebargain taken in Oregon Shakespeare Festival by @iatse.154
