AD What a wellness day looks like at @virginactiveuk Chiswick Riverside:

Strength Training: Upper body session💪🏽
Recovery: Compression boots & hydromassage❤️‍🩹
Relaxing: A restorative outdoor swim🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏽‍♂️
Refuelling: Smoothies & protein at Kauai🥑🥗

Since the refurb is almost complete you can get all of this done under one roof!!

Goodbye cruise life you’ve been a boat load of fun 😜

Final day consisted of a VIP captin’s bridge tour, basketball & pickleball competitions and a stroll around La Spezia for ice cream ofc 🇮🇹

Both of us are so grateful for this experience, we started posting our date nights around three years ago to which turned into gym content & now wellness videos.

To be taken on a 7 day cruise with @princessukeumedia around the med has been sooo fun🛳️. We both have a genuine passion for wellness & being able to share that with all of you is a dream so thank you for all your support our loves⭐️

Andddd finally to the most beautiful group of people we went away with, you were CLASS💃🏻 but before we head home, we’re off to Romeee🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏾

Day 5&6 of the cruise took us to Cinque Terre 🇮🇹 from Marseille🇫🇷

Cinque Terre saw us take a costal trip along the ports of Monterosso and Porto Venere… which were beautiful and just as Italian as you’d expect them to be. Monterosso is known for its pesto so that was a must buy.. we consumed sooo much food🍝

Marseille was beautiful too, lots of sightseeing & unreal pastries… what more could you want!

exploring new places with my love… wouldn’t change it for the world🌍
