It has been a proud couple of days for our Union. IBEW 625 members voted 98.1% in favour of rejecting the Employers final offer. In a show of Union solidarity, our brothers and sisters across Mainland Nova Scotia voted 95.7% in support of strike action. Thank you to all our IBEW members that participated in voting and for giving our bargaining team a strong mandate. IBEW 625 has filed our 48-hour strike notice with the Minister of Labour as of May 1st. With 7 Trade Unions now in a Legal Strike Position, and more on the way, we are ready to fight for what we have lost over the last 5 years. by @ibew625
