ISLA BLANCA PADEL FESTIVAL – WHAT A DAY!

The Isla Blanca Padel Festival has come to an end, and what an incredible day it was! Even better than we could have hoped for!

Organising an event like this is quite different from what we do every day at Ibiza Estates: guiding our clients in finding their dream home on this beautiful island.

Instead of property viewings, negotiations and helping clients find the perfect home, we bring together an amazing community of people for a day filled with sport, entertainment, fantastic food, music and unforgettable moments.

And that’s exactly what the Isla Blanca Padel Festival is all about!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, competed, celebrated and contributed to making this day such a success. The level of padel was impressive, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the celebrations afterwards made it a day to remember!

Sold at The White Angel, Talamanca.

We are delighted to announce this one, and it is worth explaining why a sale in this particular building matters.

The White Angel is one of the few addresses on Ibiza where the quality of the building itself does as much work as the location. Residents get the amenities, the security and the maintenance of a serious development, which on this island is rarer than it should be. Add Talamanca, and you have Ibiza Town and Marina Botafoch minutes away, the beach at the bottom of the road, and none of the summer chaos that comes with being any closer in.

Everyone assumes you need several million to buy properly on Ibiza. You do not. You need to know which projects are worth the money.

These are our four picks under a million, and each one suits a completely different buyer.

CREO, Ses Figueretes. Four buildings, modern urban living, and the longest sandy beach on the island at the end of the road.

N Residences, Marina Botafoch. The address itself, with views over the sea and across to Dalt Vila.

Terramar, Santa Eulària. Two and three bedroom homes with a communal pool, parking and storage included. The quiet, liveable side of the island.

Hippiements, Playa d’en Bossa. A minute from the sand, five minutes from Ibiza Town, ten from the airport.

Thank you.

To every collaborator who came to our open house, thank you for making the time. We hold this property exclusively, and an open house is how we put it in front of the people who can actually bring the right buyer. Every agent and agency who walked through those doors did exactly that.

To our team: you ran it faultlessly. Every detail from the first guest arriving to the last one leaving was handled, and nobody saw the work behind it, which is the whole point.

To the catering team, the food was the thing people kept coming back to all evening. To the bar, thank you for keeping the glasses full and the room moving.

And above all, to the owner of the house. Opening your home to a room full of guests takes a kind of trust that we do not take lightly. Thank you for letting us show it the way it deserves to be shown.

A house like this one sells when people have stood inside it. That is what the evening was for, and it worked.

We will be doing it again soon.

Inside the walls of Dalt Vila, almost nothing ever comes to market. This did.

A palacio in the old town, with a rental license.

Stone that has held for centuries. Vaulted ceilings, original proportions, the kind of interiors built long before anyone thought about resale value. Windows that open onto the port, the harbour lights, and the sea beyond.

Dalt Vila is a UNESCO World Heritage site. That protection is what makes it extraordinary, and it is also what makes buying here so difficult. Nothing new is built. Nothing is expanded. What exists is what exists.

The rental license is what turns it from a home into an asset. Rare anywhere on the island, close to unheard of at this address.

Some places you buy for what they are worth. Others because there is no second one.
