It is often easy to identify the main stressors in our personal lives (i.e., addiction, financial problems, job loss, relationship woes, etc.) that are renting space in our head and negatively impairing our well-being. However, we must also seek to identify the LESS obvious root causes of distress and address those as well in an effort to minimize their impact on our mental health as sometimes, it can be the little things that continually grind on us that end up having the most negative effect over time.
