This is a PSA for all you 9-5ers, commuters, and go-getters. Finding the time for your health can be difficult when you're balancing work, family, and a social life. So the thought of squeezing in a 45-90 minute wellness treatment can seem impossible, forcing you to sacrifice your own #self-care or putting it off for when you “have more time”. Cryotherapy sessions, however, last 3 minutes and only take 12 minutes from when you walk into an Icebox studio door to when you leave. With sessions so quick, you’ll be able to squeeze in a treatment at lunch time, between dropping off and picking up the kids from school, while running errands, or on your way home from work.
