So glad you’re here!

I’m Margaret! I’m a University of Alabama grad, former rush chair, and founder of Ice Water Teas!

After experiencing recruitment from both sides and coaching girls through the process, I’ve gotten to see just how much of a difference thoughtful preparation can make!

I’m excited to see Ice Water Teas grow and to use my experience to help girls prepare for rush at SEC schools and across the South!

If you or someone in your life is considering going through sorority recruitment, let’s connect!! Thanks for following along 💛 by @icewaterteas

What actually goes into preparing for rush? More than you might think!

Between building relationships, resumes, recommendations, social media, registration, and everything in between, there’s a lot to think about before recruitment even begins!

We’ll work together to prepare for each stage of the process, from putting together recruitment materials to practicing conversations and figuring out exactly what you want from your sorority and college experience!

Curious about what working together looks like? You can find all the details at the link in my bio! by @icewaterteas

What’s Ice Water Teas?

It was traditionally the first round of sorority recruitment, when potential new members visited each chapter for introductions over ice water. A pretty fitting name for August in the South!

Today, those initial introductions often happen virtually, and first impressions begin long before recruitment week begins!

I chose the name “Ice Water Teas” because I wanted to create that same opportunity to sit down, get to know one another, ask questions and talk through everything that comes with preparing for rush and the college years beyond Bid Day!

So, let’s have tea! by @icewaterteas
