Nepal, you felt ancient and alive at the same time.
Brutally honest in how raw, wild and beautiful you are.
The contrast between chaos and peace, the mix of traditions and religions, your colours, your endless vastness.

You made me feel small in the best way.
Walking alone in silence became the deepest meditation I’ve ever known.
I’ve never listened to myself so clearly.

You pushed me to my limits, and with you I found my own rhythm.

I see you, and I see your people.
Forever grateful to the beautiful Nepalese who welcomed me with open hearts.
