Our favorite Tonkatsu Ramen 🍜 @ichiran_ny We usually order Shoyu or some sort of spicy broth when we eat ramen, we just find that the tonkatsu is usually the least flavorful.This one is the exact opposite.Rich, creamy, and the spicy chili paste they add in there is the cherry on top.Perfect balance. Fuimos con @tatiporelmundo.uy a comer ramen… en cabinas individuales 🍜Así es @ichiran_ny: nació en Hakata, la cuna del tonkotsu ramen en Japón, y hoy está votado como el N°1 de ramen en su país. Tiene su sello propio: caldo 100% de hueso de cerdo con una técnica que le saca el olor fuerte típico sin perder sabor, y una salsa roja secreta con más de 30 especias.Las cabinas de “concentración” son justamente para eso: comer sin distracciones. Y en algunos casos podés abrir las separaciones del costado para quedar junto a tu acompañante 👀Importante 👉 no aceptan reservas, vas, hacés la fila, y entrás.
