Sweet-tart apples, picked from his own tree. Olive oil from his father-in-law. And a single Higonokami, small enough to rest in the palm. Outlaw Chef, a cook from Istria, Croatia, tucked prosciutto inside the apples and baked them with rosemary. Unwrap the foil, and the salt and the fragrance rise together. Strip away the excess; keep only the essence. A small blade turns fruit into a dish. We wrote a new article about this story. Read it on our official website, ichizo-hamono.com, from the link in our profile. Respect - @monsieuroutlawchef #minimalblade #japaneseknife #ichizohonpo #higonokami #japanesetools by @ichizo_knives
