Life gets heavy in ways you can’t always explain. Some days it’s not the world around me, it’s the weight I carry inside, quietly, while I keep moving like I’m fine.

But basketball… basketball is where the noise turns into focus. Where my thoughts finally stop racing and start listening. The court doesn’t judge me, rush me, or ask me to be anything other than present. One dribble at a time, I find my rhythm again. One shot at a time, I remember I’m still capable of creating something beautiful.

It’s my peace. My happiness. My reset. When life feels too loud, the game brings me back to myself. 🏀🖤 #basketball taken in Fairbanks, Alaska by @ichokegrandmas
