A Chicago trip for the ages with the best girlfriend @abrass1985 is all a guy can ask for. What went from a work trip turned into a memorable trip. From getting into places where they don’t take reservations, getting upgraded views in wrigley, to just everything falling into place. Memories and fun times were had but the best part was celebrating a birthday with who you love the most. Definitely have to go back! by @iclaud07

To be honest, I have run this race before but this year I signed up late and had to turn into a hero runner and support a charity of my choice. I don’t think I can run the Houston Chevron half marathon ever again without supporting a charity.

I ran for the @americancancersociety and for all cancer survivors like my mom who passed away from this horrible disease. I’m thankful for my family for supporting me all the way through @samps.lo . I’m thankful to my church @iglesiagloriaadiostx for praying for me. To @creativeconsumerresearch and good bosses and coworkers @bgerjes1 , @rickcis , and Tracy. I’m thankful to wonderful friends who all believed and supported: @rachaelhoff_mua @frogprez @april927 @kendra_e and others who donated even the smallest amount.

Lastly, im incredibly thankful to my lovely girlfriend @abrass1985 and her family. I keep repeating it but I’m really thankful for you babe.

It may be simple but I’m glad I completed this half marathon. Now, I want to try running the full next year or maybe one more half. I would encourage everyone to run next year and make new memories! Now I need to go bed 😂 by @iclaud07

When perfect travel plans align. Even though it’s 80 degrees here in Houston, at least we spent a cold ones in SC and NC. Merry Christmas everyone! Love you babe 😘 by @iclaud07

Today marks a 10 year milestone in a great field and a fantastic company. Creative Consumer Research has seen me grow from just a kid that was a bit naive to this clumsy adult that can be efficient at times. I’m thankful for having a CEO in @bgerjes1 and president @rickcis who I can consider as mentors, friends and awesome people to look up to. Here’s to 10 more years and more at @creativeconsumerresearch 🎉👏 by @iclaud07

My Family. I missed some but I’m thankful for what God has given me. Thank you for the outpouring of texts, calls, and messages on my birthday. I don’t know what I did but God still blessed me with my family and loved ones. Here’s to one more year walking with purpose! taken in Marble Slab Creamery by @iclaud07
