We are excited to team up with @MontagueBrothersCoffee with a custom setup and solution, utilizing premium water equipment from @Axeonwater. We’re grateful for them and are blessed to call them friends and clients.
We went above and beyond for Raphael and Nichole, to ensure that every drink is nothing short of perfection.

The AXEON WATER LP Series reverse osmosis system was the perfect solution for the water quality they needed. At 500gallons per day, the LP-500 produces enough water to meet the high demand of this busy coffee shop, and the built in TDS meter and blending valve allow us to dial in the water quality to an exact number of 100ppm, which is essential for the flavor of the drinks and protects the espresso machine from corrosion and scale buildup. The LP-500 perfectly mounts to stud in the wall, freeing up precious real estate.

The Pentair RO Mate bladder tank, with its tall and thin build, takes up very little floor space and stores enough water to supply each outlet with water simultaneously and can easily accommodate the production requirements of the ice machine, day in and day out.

We tied in each point-of-use to the water system, including the drinking water faucet, the ice maker, the espresso and drip coffee machines, as well as the glass rinser.

To learn more about this custom coffee chop solution, head over to our YouTube channel to watch the full length video.

We’re incredibly blessed to be a small part of what goes into your cup, and look forward to a long lasting relationship with Montague Brothers Coffee.

We are super pumped to be working with @noahs_detailing and happy to be a part of the local detailing community. We are car guys and former detailers ourselves and understand the value of spot free water. 💦

Noah reached out to us with a goal, to have spot free water for his business, and to offer spot free water to his customers, 24 hours a day, via an un-manned, cashless point of sale system. There are many ways to tackle this challenge, but, there is only one way to do it right, and that’s the ICON Water way. 💯

This custom set up includes a 3.0 ft.³ catalytic carbon filter, a 65 gallon chemical injection system, and an AXEON R1-5140 commercial grade reverse osmosis system, capable of producing up to 6.25 gallons per minute, or 9,000 gallons per day of pure, spot free water.

That pure, spot free water is then fed into a pair of 750 gallon holding tanks. We then have two DAB 1hp booster pumps, which combined flow over 40 gallons per minute.

Lastly, we have a @nayax_official point of sale system. The Nayax takes many forms of payment, including credit/debit cards via tap, swipe, or insert. It also accepts Apple Pay or Google Pay. The detailer will make their payment and spot free water is then automatically dispensed via a 1-1/2” hose at 20 gallons per minute for 5 minutes, (100gallons total).

We went above and beyond for Noah, by installing a spot free water garden hose bibb that flows at 12gpm, and a bottle/bucket filler that flows 5gpm.
We also installed the KRANZLE pressure washer, hose reel, and tied it into the spot free water as well.

As if that wasn’t enough, we installed and then ran a line of spot free water to the washer and dryer.

This project has been a real pleasure and challenge. Not every moment of it was perfectly smooth, but ICON Water always wins! 💧

If you have questions about how to get spot free water in your auto detailing shop or auto detailing supply store, send us a DM. We are happy to serve you.
