Rockpool - Tallebudgera Valley
A true ‘1 of 1’ site that will soon hold one of QLDs most prestigious residences.
The home is designed with five distinct pods, garage and guest wing, living and master, entry, kids and entertaining.
The home will sit harmoniously into the existing rain forest using complimentary colours and materials, whilst maximizing its view and connection to the existing freshwater rock pools that need to be seen to be believed.
This property is the epitome of paradise. by @icon_consulting_engineers

The darkness was part of the lighting plan.

Part one looked at how the lighting was designed across the home rather than room by room.

Part two moves outside - where the same thinking continues through the architecture and landscape.

Not everything needed to be illuminated. Some surfaces were highlighted, some pathways gently defined, and others were deliberately allowed to disappear.

Because good lighting isn’t always about adding more light.

Sometimes it’s about deciding what you want someone to notice.
