We loved partnering with Rachel Wingman last year to bring PAUSE to life, an event designed to challenge organisations to think differently about wellbeing in the workplace.

From an inspiring keynote by Dr Suzie Green, to important discussions around psychological safety and the impact workplace environments can have on employees, PAUSE created a space for HR and People and Culture leaders to stop, reflect and consider what wellbeing really looks like within their organisations.

What made this project even more rewarding was the challenge: we delivered the entire event in less than seven weeks. From concept and planning through to production and delivery, our team brought the experience together under a tight timeline without compromising on the quality or purpose of the event.

For us, great events aren’t just about what happens on the day. They’re about creating meaningful conversations, connecting the right people and helping organisations move towards something better.

At the stunning Crown Sydney, I had the privilege of documenting Paula and the incredible work of St Merkarious Charity as they partnered alongside leaders in the AI space, including Alfred AI and Palantir Consulting, during the prestigious Radius 2026 event.

What I love about moments like this is seeing innovation, leadership, and influence used to create real opportunities for real communities. 🤍

My role wasn’t simply to capture photos and videos.
