When your sommelier opens the evening with a sabre, you know you’re in for something good.

Vino & Vibes: Champagne Night came and went far too quickly. Three of Champagne’s great houses: Billecart-Salmon, Charles Heidsieck, and Bruno Paillard. Vintages spanning 2012, 2013, 2016, and NV, paired with a Chicken Cordon Kiev burger. The room was full, the glasses were never empty for long, and Mike walked every table through what made each pour worth paying attention to.

A huge thank you to Brett LeBourveau from Icon Vins Fins for making the evening possible. Brett brought the bottles, the knowledge, and the charisma to match, taking every guest through the world of Champagne. The evening was better for having him in the room.

Night one of Vino & Vibes is done. We’ll see you at the next one.
